| Just bought a villa in Colakli, Side, in Turkey through Properties In Turkey with Ulas and Gokhan. We were very nervous about doing this at first, but have since found out how relatively easy the process actually is. Gokhan and Ulas were extremely helpful throughout the process and we feel we have not just bought a new villa but also made some very good new friends in Gokhan and Ulas. Gokhan and Ulas helped us to get an English speaking solicitor and took us to all the necessary departments to register our details. They have also sorted out the necessary renovation works, and took us to buy furniture for the villa. The whole process has taken from the deposit being made in December 2003 to actually recieving the deeds at the end of March 2004. We are more than pleased with our property and are looking forward to spending many holidays with family and friends. We have also met many families that have bought through Ulas and Gokhan and again have made many good friends. If you are thinking about buying a property in Turkey and are as nervous as we first were, you are welcome to contact us for any info you think may help you. |

We purchased our house back in july of 2003, we found that the whole process was very easy , this was due soley to the very freindly and profesional way that Gukhan and Ulas handled everything, we instinctavly trusted their judgement,we have never regretted one moment of this very big venture,
we have been back a couple of times and we were again met by Ulas and Gukhan at the airport (that in its self is a dream to get off the plane and not be on a bus going all over side, just going straight home to your villa is worth every penny)
we have actually booked to go over to turkey 4 times this year and we will meet up with Ulas and Gukhan as friends and not for business purposes , as we have become much more at home with the whole way of life, the people too, are getting to know us as locals not just people on holiday
we would like to say that the whole experience has been one we wouldn't have missed for the world

I've been to Turkey three times quite a while ago mind you, went to Kalkan, Olu Deniz & Bodrum.
My partner & I would love to buy a property in Turkey but really want some advice on the best areas in Turkey. I realise that there is so many towns in Turkey & I've not been to Side. Your views would be greatly appreciated.
I'm a belly dancer too so I'm going to look forward to seeing many dancers in Turkey aswell as perform myself! |

| We have just returned from Turkey after 2 weeks of fitting out out villa at 93 Milkum.Gokhan was terrific, he helped with the original purchase of the property, then advised and helped us purchase everything from the cooker to beds, curtains ect. We also met some very nice couples who have also bought at Milkum, Josie & Brian, Erika & Andy and Richard & Sandra. I would recommend that if you are thinking of buying, go ahead the process is easy and the Turkish people are lovely. I can say the service we received from Ulas was second to none. He was so helpful and informative. We saw some lovely properties and almost purchased. Unfortunatley at the last minute a problem arose at home and we had to delay our plans until we could sort it out. We are hoping to go back later in the year and with any luck buy a house then. ( Wont take mobiles with us next time!!!!) We have fallen in love with both the country and the people. I think Ulas had something to with that also, It was no trouble to him to go out of his way for us. He even took us to meet with a doctor and see around one of the hospitals as my mother was a bit worried in case she had any problems if she was to stay any length of time over there as she is almost seventy. He did everything to reassure her and she was.
Thank you for your help which was at such short notice and with any luck we will be in touch again.

| We went to Olu Deniz for a fortnight at the beginning of May, looked at some properties around that area and found that it was not the best for prices so decided to rent a car for a few days and go to Side aas my missus had wanted to go there for the holiday anyway! Upon arrival the whole place felt absolutely right and the description of Side on this site is spot on. We went to the 3 Lions (a British bar/restaurant) met Terri, who is a great 'mine host' and very helpful, and told her of our interest in purchasing a home in that area. In no time at all she put us in contact with Ulas and we cannot praise him enough for his help, courtesy, patience and total willingness to make sure that we got exactly the right property we were looking for. We eventually found it and Ulas then went to work putting everything in place. Within 24 hours we were at the lawyers with the vendor, the contract was written out, in English, we went to pick the tiles, fittings etc and at the beginning of September we are returning to take possession or our brand new apartment. Quite amazing service and made even more enjoyable by Ulas and his friendly manner. All in all we would not hesitate to recommend this site to anyone wishing to purchase a property in Turkey. What we would say to anyone considering buying one is give Side and that area serious consideration as the prices are so much lower, the quality is excellent, the area first class and Antalya Airport is open all year round for flights from the UK unlike Bodrum, Dalaman etc. Of course a visit to Terri in the 3 Lions is compulsory as well!! See you in September. |

In process of buying a new aprtment in Side, Through Properties In Turkey with Ulas and Gokhan. We very unsure / nervous about the whole thing and this was our first, but have been surprised on how relatively easy the process is. Ulas has been very helpful explained things tpo us all the way ( expect to have deeds may 2006) also made believe made a friend in Ulas and his colleagues. Ulas helped us to set a bank account and will " hold our hands " throught the final contract /deeds process. We were helped with the purchase of goods for our apartment The whole process so far has been very easy . We are very happy and more than pleased with our property and are looking forward to spending many holidays with family and friends. We have also met other families that have bought through Ulas and they all so have remarked on the how easy/heltful Ulas and the team have been. We will make new friends and recommend if you want to buy in around SIDE area " buying with properties in turkey" is the solution. We look forward to enjoyings hols with families and friends and Ulas in months and years to come.
