Home Care Package
PropertiesinTurkey offers you a complete home care package designed to meet your individual requirements whilst guaranteeing you peace of mind that your property is in safe hands in your absence.
Client requirements vary considerably from one property to the next and of course largely depend on its intended usage e.g. solely to be used by the clients only, or as an investment property that will be rented out.
At PropertiesinTurkey we believe that clients should only pay for the services that they use, and therefore we charge a realistic monthly membership fee, and then supply a list of competitively priced additional services which clients can call upon as often or as little as they wish.
Property Management: Owners package.
GOLD Package
*Unlimited personal transfers.
*Home preparation – Full cleaning and linens laundry,
Food pack of Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread & butter, Eggs and jam.
(regular personal laundry services available)
*Maintenance service – provide 24hr call out of Electricians, plummers, locksmith, assist with any possible domestic emergency.
*Observation of any alterations or work carried out in owners absence.
*Gardening and swimming pool services.
*Introduction to local private Medical centre and Emergency services
(package offers, residents medical protection plan).
*Payment of Utility bills. ie, water, electric, site fees.
*Representation and assistance provided for any site meetings, residents conferences were translation may be required.
*Pet care & Veterinary arrangement services.
*Car hire arrangements.
*English speaking babysitters arrangements.
Price for Gold Package : £ 420.00 one year charge.
SILVER Package
*Unlimited transfers. (based on average 5)

*Gardening and swimming pool services.

*Please note that the PropertiesinTurkey Client Homecare Service is available to all homeowners with a property in Antalya Region whether they have bought their property via PropertiesinTurkey or not.
